The Maly Anyuy River or Maly Anyui River ((ロシア語:Ма́лый Аню́й); ''maly'' meaning "little") is a right tributary of the Kolyma River in the Russian Far East. It flows roughly westwards, passing through western Chukotka Autonomous Okrug. Just after crossing into the Sakha Republic, it meets the Bolshoy Anyui River, merging with it into a single channel (Anyuy River proper) about before meeting the Kolyma close to its delta. Its length is and its basin surface . Among the fish found in the Maly Anyuy are different species of trout, salmon and golets (голец), as well as the peled. Most of the basin of the Maly Anyui River and its tributaries belongs to the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug administrative region of Russia. The El'gygytgyn Meteorite Crater is about from its source.
